Their full service brewpub and live music venue in Lewistown has been celebrated for reaching its desired goal of nailing the beer, food, ambiance and experiential quality of the items they produce to superlative levels. Shy Bear Brewing's unique branding stands out for the Dad Joke Puns that often coincide with the names given to each beer. Every customer will get a unique taste and fun experience with every can. Customers will also appreciate Shy Bear's commitment to renewable energy. Their Lewistown facility boasts 317 solar panels and counting to offset carbon emissions. Their Fresh Market stand will allow for their beers and merchandise to be sold for easy take-out for those not able to make the drive to Lewistown.

My wife and I, with seven children (two boys and five girls) operate Stoltzfus Family Produce in Lancaster County, two miles north of New Holland.

In 2004, we moved to the family farm. Grandpa played the fields and cared for the farm like generations before have done. After four year of growing conventional produce, we became aware of all the chemicals used to produce vegetables for the market and our family. Herbicides, fungicides, GMOs, etc. We felt there must be a better way to care for our family and yours and also wanted to find something better for the soil and the life in the soil.

We became certified organic in 2008 and found a strong demand for organic produce. We became members of Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op. This was a great experience with a network of other Lancaster County farmers supplying organic produce for the local region.

All produce is grown or sourced as organic and as local as possible to supply the Fresh Market Hershey.

Our mission is to bring to market healthy, fresh, organic and local fruits and vegetables so that our customers can serve and cook for their families.
